Associate Content Analyst

All employees in Bangladesh are hired through Vector Media (full-time, part-time, or contractual). Independent professionals such as mentors or technical support projects are directly contracted by Talent Tweak.

Job Responsibilitis

  • Conduct structured literature searches and collect scientific data relevant to assigned blog topics, reports, and research publications.
  • Analyze research articles, reports, and datasets to extract key findings and insights.
  • Assist in drafting evidence-based blog posts, data-driven articles, and educational content under supervision.
  • Support citation management, reference formatting, and fact-checking to maintain scientific credibility.
  • Collaborate with Research Analysts and the Research & Publications Coordinator to refine content quality.
  • Assist in preparing tables, summaries, and simple visual representations (charts/figures) where needed.
  • Follow editorial standards and content guidelines to ensure consistency across Talent Tweak publications.
  • Contribute to Talent Tweak’s growing research and publishing initiatives through disciplined, accurate, and responsible analysis.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have research exposure (e.g., graduate research, academic projects, laboratory experience, or data analysis work).
  • Basic experience in scientific writing such as assignments, reports, blog posts, literature reviews, or conference summaries.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret scientific papers critically.
  • Interest in science communication, research analysis, and knowledge translation.
  • Good understanding of referencing styles and academic integrity principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (basic data organization skills required).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, and able to work independently under guidance.
  • Prior experience in blog writing, academic editing, or data summarization will be considered an asset.
