All employees in Bangladesh are hired through Vector Media (full-time, part-time, or contractual). Independent professionals such as mentors or technical support projects are directly contracted by Talent Tweak.

Job Responsibilitis

  • Design and develop high-quality online course content in research skills, higher-study pathways, and life science subjects.
  • Create assessments, assignments, project outlines, and case studies that strengthen practical student learning.
  • Support learners through feedback, discussions, and structured mentorship sessions.
  • Collaborate with mentors and subject experts to build engaging, academically sound, and globally relevant training modules.
  • Review and update existing courses to maintain scientific accuracy and learning impact.
  • Provide academic and professional guidance to students and early-career researchers.
  • Participate in webinars, workshops, and training sessions as a scientific mentor when required.
  • Contribute to Talent Tweak’s branding, reputation, and collaborative initiatives across the scientific education community.
  • Assist in planning and launching new scientific programs within the platform.

Ideal Candidate

  • Must have higher-study or research experience (e.g., graduate research, academic research projects, laboratory work, or thesis/dissertation).
  • Experience or participation in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or academic workshops.
  • Experience in scientific writing such as reports, assignments, conference papers, or journal manuscripts.
  • Volunteer experience in professional development, career guidance, or academic programs will be considered an asset.
  • Strong interest in science communication, research training, and mentorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with course design, curriculum development, or e-learning tools is a plus but not required.
